      Hi Brian,

I so far have been unable to trace a circuit diagram or instruction manual. First thing that comes to mind is to do some basic checking such as the plug and the control box to check for wires that may have become loosened be causing a short, beyond that I really don't know where to look.

I am fortunate that I have the CNC mill and it is easy to use, it's just nice to have a manual mill as a back up or spare in case I need to keep something on the CNC mill table.

If you can't find a schematic it will come down to tracing part or all of it. Some pictures of the control panel (The front as well as the inside as I could not read the labels on the buttons on the picture I found on the web.) the electrical control box on the back of the mill and the inside of the motor connection box would be a good place to start so we could talk you through tracing the wiring. Also is it plugged into a socket (16 amp ?) or hard wired to a connection box.

        Les.
