Hi all. I've recently retired after 40 years+ in heavy industry, container handling forklifts, cranes, etc. Set myself up a workshop. I had an old Atlas lathe inherited from my father but sold that on last year. Space and economics dictated what to buy next. I finally settled for a 3 in 1 from Chester machine tools. So far, with the little work I've done on it, it has performed well. Took out some backlash in the cross-slide. I'd like to fit a DRO, so if anybody knows of a compatible system, any info would be greatly appreciated. Also, I am looking for a fixed steady, Chester does not seem to list one in their catalogue.
