Hello,I'm Bill from Barnsley Yorkshire just joined as I might decide to have another go at model engineering.I was apprenticed at 15 as a fitter/ turner in a small chemical engineering firm 1952 I bought a Boxford lathe a year ago not sure which model but its fairly old bought it for the powered cross feed which my previous boxy didn't have ,I keep having ago at adjusting the slides but I'm in need of a rack and pinion methinks,I think I may have bored you enough for now so lets see how things develop.Bill

Hi Bill welcome to the forum A few boxford users on here a few pictures with questions help a lot. If you put pictures on you need to make an album and there are instructions in the forums tab at the top of the page and then in the web FAQ page. What are you interested in about models.

Mine's an AUD with a single phase motor and is in need of a minor (I hope) refurb.
