And I am sure that if these footballers are awarded compensation, that they will immediately pass their awards to charity.

Just to be clear : It doesn’t matter much to me whether the Footballers win or lose their case.

What delighted me was the news that a case was being brought: Our legal system is strongly founded on the judgements in prior cases … so this area needs some exercise.
