I have been reading through other subscribers threads and I can see there is quite a lot of dissatisfaction about non receipt of items ordered. I have been waiting for my copy of Model Engineers Workshop for weeks but if I contact you, all I get is excuses. Will someone please wake up and put my December copy in the post?

                        Today I received the January copy of your excellent magazine. It is as good as I expected it to be. Unfortunately the missing December copy has not yet arrived. Could you please get someone to look into it?

                        At last my December copy of  MEW arrived on the 31st. of December. As I have prematurely  received the January 2010 copy, I look forward to receiving the February copy in good time.
