Digital Edition Subscriber Number

I am trying to access the archive, here https://subscriber.pagesuite-professional.co.uk/subscribe.aspx is asking for my subscriber number. I don’t have an email from Mortons giving me my number. So I go to the Mortons site here https://www.classicmagazines.co.uk/customer/myaccount#info and no subscriber number there either.

I am going around in circles and getting nowhere clicking the “How to find your Customer ID” on the pagesuite site takes me to my Classic Magazines account details

So where do I find it please and when I have found it which password do I use Model Engineer website or Classic Magazines website? Or do I need a third password?

Check your spam or promotions folder as the email giving you your subs number may have found it’s way into there. Also give it until a working day as I’m not sure if the new system is fully automated, the old one wa snot so needed a human to process it.

Failing that go to Help/FAQ and at the bottom is a contact form for subscription queries.

You don’t need another password, just your email and the subs number.
