Digital Archive – No Active Subscription Found

Hi, I’ve been a model engineer (Now ME & WS) subscriber for a few months now, mainly to gain access to the digital archives. I have been able to access it once. But since then I’m getting the error “The credentials are valid, but no active subscription was found!”.

I’ve tried both the 6 digit account number that came with the first email, and also the 6 digit order number that is displayed when I go to the classicmagazines manage your subscription page. (I believe the latter is what worked last time).

I’ve tried different browsers / pc and on multiple occasions over the last couple of months.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to contact Classicmags. Go to the “help/FAQs” button and click that. Then scroll right down to the bottom to the  contact form for subscription problems and fill that in.

Thanks, I had sent them an email a ciuple of weeks ago with no reply. I’ll try again.

I had the same problem, I did get a reply after the second email but it then took a couple of weeks to correct whatever the problem was, so be patient they get there eventually.
