Website appears down, or is it me?

 

Bought an item at Midlands MEE today that is faulty when I get it out of its box so need to contact them. Will try phone on Monday

Give Richard Branson a ring and tell him to get his act together it took seconds to get into the site from URL posted. not that I use Chronos much.

Interesting, Mike. Have you noticed any other sites that wont work too?

 

I am now on our narrowboat – oddly enough we’ll pass the exhibition site of the Midlands ME show tomorrow – and am on a 3 MiFi and the Chronos site works fine, so I guess I need to phone Richard Branson…..

 

I phoned Chronos today and a replacement item will be sent with postage costs to return the defective one. Excellent, if it works!!

The website is working now. Must have been a virgin media problem. Tried it at work at lunchtime and it worked there.

 

I hope you get your replacement as they promised.
