Hi,

How do I get a super smooth finish when I am turning cast iron bar on my ML7R? . I have tried many different ways but cannot get it as smooth as some mass produced items that I have come across, Thanks,

Internal bores very slow , using very sharp HSS works for me. It will polish to a mirror finish using fine grade wet & dry and brasso. (At least my Stuart cylinder caps did!)
