Auto drain cocks for Southworth 12″ pump

I am building a 12" Southworth pump for my steam launch. I intend fitting automatic drain cocks to it. Does anyone have a sketch or drawing for anything suitable? ME Vol. 207 No. 4409 has a description by Ted Holloway on machining them. Unfortunately this was published without any accompanying sketch. Does anyone have contact details for Ted? Tony Wright.
