      Hello all,

I am looking for a bayonet mount power indicator bulb for my Boley 6LZ. I have not been able to find it so far in Norway and before I try Germany I thought I would try the ME community.

The photos tell it best, it is a bayonet mount bulb with 15mm base and equal height studs. Total height is 52mm with maximum diameter of the bulb at 16mm. 220/260V 7-10W

Thanks for any suggestions of suppliers that might have this. I also include a photo of the base identification.

      Have a nice weekend,

      Wade

        Something like this maybe??
        https://www.lampspecs.co.uk/16X54-220-60V-6-10W-Ba15d
        https://www.cp-lighting.co.uk/16X54-220-60V-6-10W-Ba15d
        16X54 220-260V 6-10W Ba15d Pilot Lamps 16x54mm Ba15d Lamps part no – BT54/220-260/6-10

I think it’s a B15 base, and in the UK, amongst technical outlets, it often helps to search for “lamp”, rather than bulb.
Now you know the spec. it might be easy to find one closer to home.

The base is SBC (Small Bayonet Fit) also known as B15. Go modern. Get an LED one for reliability and cold running. Try sewing machine bulbs as on amazon.co.uk: Sewing machine LED light bulb.

You can find LED replacements on Ebay here

There will no doubt be other sellers with similar products, note that this is 240V rated.

Just make sure it’s a B15d i.e. double contact. Some sellers may omit the suffix but there is a single contact version.
