Looks like the only way I will ever be able to afford a set of wheels for my 71/4 Invicta is to have them cast myself. I need a pattern first though and thought having it done 3d print would be the best option. Wheels are 61/2" OD but could be made in 2 halves and bonded together. Any one able to help?

Have you considered 3D CNC and machining them out of solid.

Both 3d printing and 3D CNC require a 3D drawing, CNC cuts out two process and you end up with a finished wheel.

Not sure of the cost implications but one would have though they are not too bad even getting a commercial company to make them.

Just a thought!

Chris Vine, who is a regular visitor and correspondent on this site has a friend who has a 7.25" gauge Invicta, he just may be able to assist. Long shot I know, but maybe worth trying.

If you join and 'search' Invicta you will find a few references to Invictas in various gauges.
