I was an engineering apprentice in 1969, since 1977 a Technology teacher, so have had use of a school workshop.

Having had no workshop at home for over 20 years, I am soon to take delivery of a 12 foot by 8 foot log cabin.

I have just bought a Myford 10, which rather different to what I am used to, so will be seeking advice from Myford 10 users.

My interest is largely based around old tools and producing reproductions, especially early metal woodworking planes.

Hi Graham. Good luck with setting up your new shop. It’s so good to get to making things. I’m a tool enthusiast too and love making scale copies of machine tools etc. Best regards Mick
