I have (re)-found some articles passed on to me by David Clark when I became MEW editor. Most of these I was able to use in MEW, but there were some I could not use because they were clearly incomplete, or are not usable because of other reasons.
Sadly, a few articles are by authors who it seems have passed on.
This left a number that I would have liked to use, but at the time I could not contact the authors because their details had changed or gone astray. Some are just very out of date.
I have decided to go through all these again one last time before giving up; I haven't looked through them for well over two years. To my surprise, a few of them are by authors who I have been in contact with about other articles. I f you are one of them, I will get in touch with over the next few weeks to see if you are happy for me to use the articles or if you would like to update them.
That leaves me with a relatively small number of articles that are potentially usable, if I can find the author. If MTM have ever had contact details for these authors, they appear to have been archived or changed.
I will list the names of the authors and the a subject of the articles at the bottom of this post. if anyone spots a name they recognise, please can you ask them to get in touch with me using [email protected]?
Anyone else who submitted articles over three years ago and thinks they may have been lost is welcome to get in touch as well.
Naturally, I offer my apologies to anyone whose hard work appears to have disappeared or gone astray for many years.
Many thanks,
Neil
