Thanks Ady and Nick,
Yes I have bought one, notionally to make some of the parts for a small range of vintage and veteran motorcycle fittings that I make.In reality more for the fun of using it and to save such a lovely bit of gear from being scrapped.
It is marked B.O.C. (British Oxygen Co.) and I surmise they were the original owners and the machine was sold new here in Australia.
As far as I can tell from the literature I have it seems to have some of the features, but maybe not all, of a 2DS which is reasonably well known.
All my engineering knowledge is self-taught so I have to sort out the features as I go and the correct manual would be a big help.
I will take some photos but I then have to master how to get them on the forum – I have only done this before by using photobucket – which appears to have just about kicked the bucket for any use that I might have!
Regards, Chas
