Can anyone recommend a rubber bellows or way cover for a tom senior milling machine that covers the vertical (z-axis) slide way ? A bit of swarf has gotten wedged between the knee and slide and has made movement difficult. If i have to go through the trouble of dismantling the machine to clean it up, i do not want it to happen again.

            Hi Ronan

I suffered the same problem! I had some rubber gasket material which I cut oversize and fixed using some aluminium angle. The fixing holes in the Tom Senior were already there. I've always intended cutting most of the angle off, just leaving enough to stiffen the fixing, but have never got round to it.
