I understand that most if you are geared for hobby work and this kind of project would be as huge as you say. But its not as big as that if you have the right machines I’m sure

There are only 3 moving parts. Elevation, breach, wheels + the crank handles and gears

This guy is a professional model maker by commission and makes a very good living from it. I have 2 jobs by him already.

I've seen models by professional maker Anthony Walshaw that are of a greater size and complexity than you are looking for. He seems to be almost google proof, as Tony or Anthony.

If he entered that in the ME Exhibition they'd have to give him a platinum medal… a guaranteed DoE Trophy winner. I'm not aware of any bar on professional entries, but I guess he chooses not to enter.
