"A happy customer is a good salesman." A well known customer satisfaction phrase is:

On average a satisfied customer tells 1 (one) other person.

On average, a dissatisfied customer tells 10 (ten) other customers.

Ensuring customer satisfaction should therefore be a priority, a no-brainer, but not all sellers are switched on and savvy!

Never, ever, EVER accept a police caution without having legal representation.

It counts as a criminal record.

That's sound advice, David- particularly if you hold a shotgun or firearms certificate or, presumably, a disclosure certificate allowing you to work with vulnerable people. I'm told that accepting a caution is an admittance of guilt. I wouldn't accept a caution, with or without legal representation.

Personally, I'd find it helpful if the "Latest Forum Posts" page could give the original thread creation date as well as the original author details.
