machining Aluminium 5028 plate

I'd suggest pass-through templates water jet or laser cut from sheet stainless or aluminum. Maybe make one for the section and one for the profile. If need be they could be fitted on wood or plastic picture-frame style reinforcing frames. Far less expensive than machining thicker plate, and light to handle. If need be, two sets representing min/max or go/no go states could be made of the section one and the profile one.
