Muscles? That could be why its 4 sale. One needs to stop and think very carefully why something is for sale in other words, what exactly is the real reason? If its a house, has the owner bodged up cracks due to subsidence caused by inadequate foundations where land was previously a tip? I know an example and its not mine, that I've seen change hands many times over the years. Same with cars, old lathes any old dog of an item. Buyer beware! In this case, its likely Duncan is right or it could be an executors clearout. Think I would prefer a small shaper.

I was mildly amused by this statement in the description:

”I can’t see any marks to tell me it’s tom senior. “

[copied and pasted, so should be verbatim]

                dont know MichaelG.

Don't really have room for it but what a fabulous little machine

Wouldn't be hard to motorise it, remember to take a stout trolley with you when you collect

Still a lot cheaper than a milling machine but these things are really collectors items so motorising it would devalue it. The last round went up £100 in the last five minutes, 4 new bidders in the last minute. While that last might have been a shill bid more likely they assumed the seller would pallet it and the seller can't be bothered.

Should it not be compared to a shaper rather than a mill (unless a horizontal-only mill)?
