H R Plastow “Antelope”

One of the members over on MEM has recently acquired a set of castiongs for the Antelope engine which were produced by H R Plastow though may be under their previous Lion Engineering company name and is looking for drawings.

He has tried Bridport who took over Plastow but they only have the traction Engine side of things. Also found the link to the very cheap set on the scamming site.

It’s an unusual engine with the steam seeming to go from the port face to the cylinder ends by external pipes and won’t really win any prizes for looks. Probably design more to do work than sit on a shelf
