equal twin ball handle

HI,

The handle for the compound slide on my Harrison has always had one side missing since i've had it, i've done the usual google searches but i've been unable to find one of the right size.

the critical dimensions are a 8 mm bore and the handles to be in the area of 38mm radius, if anyone knows of a supplier i'd be most grateful otherwise i'll just turn up a plain disc one and fit a handle.
