Hi anyone know why the 4th axis on my DRO has disappeared and why all the setting have been corrupted.  I have reset the  X Y and  Z resolutions but cannot regain the U axis.  Anything know what I can do?

Has it got itself into summing mode where Z & U are added together? Turning summing mode off may bring back the 4th axis.

If it has, there appears to be no way to get out of it.  The Summing option is listed for mill orientated display, in the manual, but doesn’t appear as a function on the display.  I am beginning to suspect that the battery supporting the NVM is NBG since the three axis that are displayed revert to 1um resolution every time the display is powered off.  Manual says that 5um is the default, so there may be a corruption in the software.
