Cheap LED rpm modules

Hello,

I have been looking for a cheapo rpm module on our favourite auction site. Last time I looked there were dozens of them, some as cheap as a tenner!

Now I can't find one. Must be putting in the wrong description, can anyone help please,

The one I bought a couple of years ago was listed as:

"New Blue LED Tachometer RPM Speed Meter + Hall Proximity Switch Sensor NPN"

I think tachometer and digital are the key words to search for on eBay.

Yes Led and tachometer. Got mine from Amazon. I just put one on my Harrison M250 during a vfd conversion. It works a treat. You can read all about it over on the mig welding forum, under “A Vfd for my lathe”

Quick search on led tachometer threw up four from bang good all under a tenner.

Tachometer seems to be the magic word! I have spent all of £6 on one from Bang good. Thought I would give them a try.
