Hi everyone

I was recently widowed and I have cleared his metal lathe I know nothing about it at all I know it was used often and well maintained can anyone help please with information about it

It’s a Viceroy, very similar to Boxford, some would say better. Good lathe if in good condition. See

for further info. What it’s worth is very dependant on condition. If you’re in a hurry to get it away a dealer will take it, but at a significantly lower price than private sale

There’s one very similar on ebay now, buy it now price £900. Item 286867640575 . Three phase, which probably reduces price, but tidier looking
