Evening all.

Just in from the garage where I have finally made a cut with my CNC.

Hand coded the GCode as I was standing there, and pressed cycle start and it didn’t break 🙂

13500 rpm, 3300mm/min feed, 6mm 3 flute solid carbide.

1mm WoC, 8mm DoC, 50mm long.

2 passes. Think 1×8 is at the limit of the spindle – you can hear it on the second pass. The first pass already had a 3mm deep x1mm cut so was more like 5mm DoC.

Next to figure out Fusion posts and do some precision checks.
