New to model making

Hello forum members.

I am an old beginner. My background is not engineering. Many decades ago I worked as a diesel mechanic and welder. Then avionics with the RAAF. Then I became a counsellor for 20 years. Now I am a volunteer worker for our local maritime museum. It is here were I was hijacked to do build a working model of a lift-span bridge.

I was wondering if it would be possible to share this project (still in progress) with this forum community.
