Mariner Crankshaft propeller shaft flange

vol 4554 page289 fig 59, are the 6 BA tapped holes correct on drawing as they are shown clearly on photos 162 and 163 page 286 to be on other end of flange and are on a smaller PCD ?

Looks like they should be in the smaller flange otherwise you could not bolt on the flywheel and should match the flywheels PCD
