Although I get along fine with 4, two big & two small one each angle, objectively, one of the sets suggested by NDIY is the way to go. Or both if funds permit and you have the needs.
Using a larger one for a smaller size eventually wears the cutting edge so as to produce a slight ridge in a bigger one. Not the easiest things for Home Shop Guy (or Gal) to sharpen either, especially when the shape has become imperfect.
I suspect an Arc set will go many years before you need to think about sharpening.
The other thing you need for good results is a table of countersink depths. Uneven depths look horrible and, even if tiny, are very visible. I imagine another poster will be able to give a link. I have some slide rules from Unbrako that include those details.
For home shop metal workers single flute ones rule. All the other types tend, in practice, to suck in greater or lesser degree. Hole thru the middle types do work well if given appropriately aggressive feed on a stiff machine.
