What are these collets?

Since selling the Emco copy I am having a clear out. I got these with the machine but have no idea what they fit and if they are worth selling on eBay

I don't think so … 3AM are proportioned more like the small watchmaker's collets.

It would be helpful if you could check the diameters and the thread pitch.

Are they buttress threads and is it a 1mm pitch?

Don't know what a buttress thread is or looks like. The only thing I have to measure the pitch is a vernier which I would recon is not the best way, but it could be 1mm pitch.

Lay an M6 bolt or screw against the collet thread as a quick and dirty pitch gauge.

Butress thread is flat one side and angled the other /I/I/I/I

Added a photo above. Checked against a 6mm tap and the pitch looks the same

Clearly "they" are not the same … but I don't understand why are .you are posting that sketch.

The diagram is just an indication, it applies to all the collets to show where to measure.

According to the chart the Hendey No2 is 4.25" long and the body is 0.826" dia whereas mine is 2.5" long and 0.6" dia

Sincere apologies … I mis-read the chart

The shape of the Hendey collets [which is unusual] looks right though … so I wonder if there was #0 version.

After my earlier faux pas, I am perhaps unworthy to mention this, but … I think you have somehow doubled the angles on your dimensioned photo.

My quick on-screen measurement of your photo suggests that the included angle of the collet is about 30°
