Hope this is in order in this section. The Staines Society are hosting an Open /Invitation Day on Saturday August 6th . Anyone in an affiliated club to the Southern Federation – Northen Association – Midland Federation or 2½” Guage Association are more than welcome. The elevated track will accomodate either 5″-3½” or 2½” gauges and is made up using alloy rails. Usual procedures apply regarding boiler certification. Anytime from 10-00am onwards.
