you can mount a terminal block on the chassis to replace the overload unit
if the two wires connected to the overload unit are connected to the normally closed contacts terminals 95 and 96 connect the wires together
if the wires are connected to the normally open terminals 97 and 98 they will need to be insulated from each other
it looks like the contactor was used as a Direct On Line starter for a 3 phase motor for the spindle and providing a No Volt Release to prevent the accidental restarting of the spindle after an interruption of the mains supply
if the relays on the PCB don't provide the NVR for the table motor drive
it will be safer to add a contactor with a 240V coil to the table drive motor circuit
