Subscriber number?

I have subscribed to both the print and digital editions of ME and MEW for some months now but in last 48 hours have tried for the first time to have a read of the digital editions only to be informed that I need to input my subscriber number which apparently was emailed to me when I subscribed.

In short, I have not the foggiest idea what these numbers are, I probably received them but did not appreciate their significance.

What to do?

Hi Rik,

It is printed on the bag your magazine comes in, or you can email subscriptions@mytimemedia.com

It may also be worth looking to see if you have entered it in your profile – you will have done if you are accessing subscriber only content or back issues.

Thanks Neil – Have managed to activate and read the latest issue but previous issues during my subscription period seem to be unavailable, I have paid for them so could you advise how I might read earlier issues?

Rik I assume you are trying on pocket mags which will only work on issues once the account is activated.

To read all the rest go to "magazines" along the top of this site in the green bar and select either ME or MEW for the full archive

Hello Rik,

It is as Jason says. An email to subscriptions might bring you access to the old pocketmags issues, but I can't promise it.
