Where can one buy tin plate these days. Modlel shops offering small panels 100mmx250mm . Of course I need bigger bits, and hopefully sub mm thicknesses
Watching with interest as i wanted some a while ago and had no luck
Chinese /Indian restaurants seem to get oil in 25l tins which can be flattened yielding reasonable size flat bits.
Ahead of you there Duncan that was my first though, two problem too thin and getting the paint off is a real pain
M-machine do it cut to size by teh sq ft, various thicknesses page 84

Thanks for that link to m-machine jason
wonder why the big price disparity between 0.49mm thick and 0.5mm
wonder who got the phone call in first Ian and thx to Jason for the lead
Possibly a typo and it should have been 0.4mm
