Well I think it's been mentioned on occasions before but was moved to post again. Ordered at 1400hrs Friday, post just delivered at 1200 hrs Saturday. Exceptional service by the PO and especially ArcEuro. Well done. GW

And one more from me. Ordered half a dozen more QCTP holders from WARCO on Thursday PM and they arrived at 11.00 AM today with free delivery. I reckon that is pretty good going

I think the service from the postal system depends very much on where you live and where your goods are despatched from. I ordered some castings from Reeves, they were despatched on Monday and the Postie handed them to me at lunchtime today (Saturday). I am not complaining just illustrating the differences that exist, however if I order from Arc then usually items arrive next day. As long as the items arrive then I am happy, in some countries the postal systems are so corrupt that a fair amount of items just disappear when in transit, have heard this is a particular problem if living in Russia, let’s be thankful for small mercies. Yes, it's literally a postcode lottery, in which the lucky are frequently jubilant and the unlucky learn to be patient.

I think the sellers/dealers are doing well, despatching items as rapidly as possible. The local post service, letters, is problematical. I do not see any evidence of a local daily service at present but they do make an effort. As for Parcel Force, they are just awful, any difficulties and the package is left at the depot without informing the recipient.
