I have just spoken to a real person (Neil) and asked about the need to post some thing to be able to make an enquiry. I had not seen this before but I suppose it's because I don't often reply to ads……a lot of institutions are using recorded voices asking silly, time wasting questions…….hope Mod Eng never gets round to that………..
