Rotex punch tool

Hi everyone, I have for sale some punches with dies that came amongst tooling I got with a Myford lathe,but have no idea what tool these may have fitted? It would be nice to shed some light on these unique items. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the replies and video.Wow,that is quite a substantial tool for punching holes. Rather large ones at that! I’m thinking my punch sets may have fitted a lighter hand lever type? For smaller holes,I could be wrong? But just great to get some feedback anyway,.thanks.
