Warco WM180 / Chester DB7VS

Is it correct to assume that the Warco WM180 and the Chester DB7VS are of a similar spec / design?

Looking at the specs, the machines are comparable in many aspects.

Warco machine is delivered free, Chester will probably incurr a delivery charge, maybe you could negotiate with Tony.

At the risk of influencing a purchase, my money would go to Chester.
