It does not appear to be available from the new site.

I have a copy of the Inspection Guide, but please can someone out there explain how to attach a pdf to a personal message as used on this forum?

Hi Gordon,

I suggest that you exchange your email addresses using a personal message. I do not think it is a good idea to put your email address on the forum. Then send the .PDF attached to a normal email.
