Can't read the motor plate but if it's a single phase motor change the blue and yellow wires over to reverse.

yes it is single phase.

should of explained more needs to be switchable

Swapping over the top two that disappear into the motor body did it for me

Of course you take your own risks when working with wiring, or you hire properly qualified electrical help
