Really sorry if I'm abusing any rules here or/and posting in the wrong place.
I have some paid work for any engineer with a modicum of skill. Hey if I can do ith then its not going to be that hard.
The job is really really simple. I supply 6mm tube pre machined with a small taper in one end. You knock in a M5 brass machine screw and silver solder it in.
Next cut of the screw and turn the end flat
Finally drill a hole in the end (equal amounts of 0.4,0.6 and 0.8mm)
All parts supplied, Well paid on a per piece basis. Batches of around 100.
Now I have made 1,000s and can continue to make 1,000's but I'm busy and this just one of a load of jobs. Time is short…
Thanks
Tim
