Is there a limit on images/albums?

Hi

 

Every time (for the last couple of weeks) I try to post any photos I get this error:

(yes it is printed twice)

I have tried deleting an album and some photos to free up space over a week ago, but still no joy. I can understand a limit, but you should be able to create space by deleting pictures. I know it’s not a general issue as it doesn’t affect others (they have done tests for me at the same time).

 

I’ve had a request for pictures of my grinder – is this something the web guys can fix?

I managed to create an album with one picture, after deleting another album.

 

But when I tried to upload more pictures, the new album disappeared.

 

 

At least I know it happens to someone else now.

 

Update: it seems that as long as I don’t have any other pages opening and only upload one photo at a time I can get things done. Just!

I have had the same problem when trying to load several pictures in one upload.

When I loaded only one at a time it was OK. My pictures were 5MP.

I’m using Firefox, but I also tried IExplorer getting the same problem.

Trying to upload 5MP? Convert to JPEG and it may well go??

You can only load JPEG. Loaded a scanned sketch a little while ago, no trouble. Ian S C

They were 5 MegapPixel JPEG. They loaded fine one by one.

0.7Mb jpegs.

 

I’ve had no problems until a couple of weeks ago, even with up to five pictures at a time. I suspectthey are goping onto the server (I got a few messages ‘a file already exists with this name’ although the picture was invisible)
