ER 11 collet supplier?

Hi all

Last year, or was it the year before, I bought some ER 11 collets from Arc Euro.

Now I would like to buy some more sizes, can anyone suggest a suitable UK supplier who can supply some of similar standard so I can fill in the gaps in my “set”?   I don’t need the most accurate and expensive kind just something reasonable.

just google uk er16 collet suppliers and you are spoilt for choice

better to look fot ER11 that ER16 as that is what the OP wants!

I have bought from Cutwel in the past. The ARC ones if bought about 2 tears ago would have been max 0.008mm runout. Cutwel do 0.010mm or slightly more expensive 0.005mm

I’ve not bought collets from APT but do get quite a few cutting tools etc from them so quality is OK, they do an 0.008mm range. Also imperial if you are that way inclined

I have ordered from APT as they have the sizes I wanted in stock, and their ER collets are cheaper than others, and are 1/3 off at present.

Thanks again, it always seems better to have a recommendation than to pick a supplier at random.

My first choice would also have been APT, they are suppliers to industry who also don’t mind home users buying from them.
