Cutting Depth ?

Just a quick one I've been machining a fixed jaw for a vice I'm making it's mild steel and my mill is a Centec 2B, running at 890rpm and after trying different cutting depth's I ended up cutting 200thu deep and 150thou into the work, the mill seamed to run well and hardly any more vibration or noise than normal, I was using a 10mm slot drill (new) would you think this OK or am I pushing it a bit.
