Crawford Collets and “Dickson” Tool Posts and Holders

I know this listing has ended but does anyone know during what time period Crawford Collets were making these Dickson Tool Posts and Holders?

From what I've been reading in various places they moved to Pratt Burnerd in early to mid 2000s, but does anyone know when they started?

I haven't really seen many of the Witney Oxon versions kicking about for sale. I guess guys never let them go!
