The picture certainly looks good. They are it would seem in Poland so not sure if there would be extra costs involved. I do not know the machine but maybe someone will be along shortly who does.

If you go for it you must pay with a credit card & there are sure to be extra costs!!! Is it any better than Warco's / Chester's etc offerings?

Looks like one of Weiss' badge engineered offerings though I can't track down the exact model. I would have thought by the time you add Customs, transport and handling, VAT etc. it will be up to the price of a Warco or Chester similarly badge engineered Weiss.
