This video just popped up on facebook. A good range of model engines and all running on the hot stuff. Better than the usual static display that gives a different meaning to stationary steam engines!

I bet that was fun connecting all that lot up! When was that on Jason?  I would have paid a visit if I had heard of of it. Presumably over the Bank Holiday?

Chertsey Agg Show

Hi, I may have gone to it myself, if it wasn’t so far away, looks as if was a good show. I’ve stayed overnight in Chertsey once, when travelling from Oxford to Teddington lock, on a narrow boat, I think we probably went to a pub in the evening, but it was back in 1977. It took us a week to get to Teddington, and another week to get back to Oxford.
