Boxford VM30

Would anybody know the correct level/weight of grease in the 2 speed g/box of a VM30, not sure if the level that was in it was correct.

According to the Boxford original instructions the gearbox was filled with BP Energrease F600-EP at works and did not need further attention. When I cleaned and refilled my gearbox I used Castrol Semi Liquid Grease, Castrol Spherol – EPO Grease, as I recall around 20 fl. oz, enough to cover the gears at the base of the gearbox.

Thanks for the info,much appreciated, had found an alternative grease but was unsure of the level/weight, as like you I needed to replenish the grease.
