Although many of these machines may look the same from a quick glance there are so obviuos differences between them all as well as ones you would be hard to spot deep down inside.
For example I can see that he Bernardo does not have the fine feed to the quill that the Warco does so you will be forever reaching up to the top of the machine to try and put on a small measured cut.
Then there is Motor power, Warco tend to state Input power, in this case 750W, Bernardo give and input of 800w and output of just 500w which is more likely what teh Warco puts out. Other sellers such as ARC just state output so you need to look closely at what you are buying to compare like with like is not easy.
If you are in the UK than think about aftersales and spares support.
