Adding photographs to posts

Although I added one to a previous post, I can't seem to do so any more.

When I try, the window which opens has no images displayed in its boxes.

I have tried in IE8 and in Chrome, but the same thing happens, so it's not likely to be a browser problem.

So what can it be?

David, you have a photo album with your pictures in it. Post your pictures to the photo album and then load them into the postings that way.

Clive PS, some one will come along in a moment and repeat what I have just said, wait and see!

The best way is to:-

1. Log in

2. Go to " Albums" at the top of the page

3.Either click "Create a photo album" (or , if you already have one you can open that.)

4. Click "Edit Photos"

5. Click "Add more Photos"

6. Click the "Browse" button This should take you to your "My Pictures" folder on your pc

7. Select the image you want to upload and press "ENTER"

The image title will be shown next to the Browse button.

8. Press "UPLOAD" to upload your image.

The image(s) you have specified will be uploaded.

To add ' photos from one of your albums to a thread do this :-

1 Place the cursor on the place in the thread that you want to insert the image

2 Click on the little camera at the top of the message box – a list of all your albums will appear

3 Select the correct album click on "View Images" and find the photo you want and press OK

The result is thus:-

 

 

It looks harder than it is!

All seems to be working so not a Forum issue. Try compatability view and turn off any addblocking software.

The above was done using the black camera icon in the reply box and taken straight from David's album.
